Biography —

Stacey Vanderhurst is a cultural anthropologist and an associate professor of Women, Gender & Sexuality Studies at KU. Her first book describes human trafficking interventions in Nigeria, where she continues to conduct ethnographic research. As a teacher, she specializes in qualitative research methods classes and loves advising students on research design and proposal writing.
